From making the reservation to checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with the great experience we had with the Dallas Aloft Hotel. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Good customer service seems to be a lost art, but every single Aloft employee exceeded our expectations and every encounter included friendly smiles. We loved the kitchen staff who filled one water bottle after another with water and ice, which is a LOT since the hotel was filled with volleyball players attending a major nationals tournament at the nearby convention center. Always with a smile! The food service was fast and man, the food was GREAT! (Daily breakfast biscuits with sausage, egg and cheese were delicious!). There was a great assortment of healthy food options available, as well, at really reasonable prices! The lobby and hotel bar were comfortable and convenient. The room was perfect, it had everything we needed. he bed was THE MOST comfortable one we’ve ever had at a hotel…better than any resort we’ve stayed at. The bed, sheets and pillows were “just right”, We had the best nights of sleep! Customer service means the world to me and I was extremely happy with the folks at Aloft! I highly recommend staying at the Aloft Hotel on Young Street in Dallas!
