Not only where the staff were extremely helpful and kind, the convenience of the 24/7 shuttle to and from their airport was awesome. A great little respite after being stuck in an airport all day. Thank you, Buffalo Airport Hotel!

We arrived to find that our room would be a bit of a walk. My husband had a bout of sciatica and unable to walk, so the receptionist arranged for a room closer to the elevator. Much appreciated!
