A Doggie Family No No

This place is a total joke! If you would like to be yelled at in the middle of the lobby than, go ahead and stay here. We have two wonderful Retriever dogs that travel everywhere with us. We picked this hotel because it was suppose to be pet friendly. After a long drive we were looking forward to relaxing in what we thought was going to be a nice place. The pictures on the website don\'t match the rooms, its a total dump, the doors and windows don\'t even lock properly. We took the dogs up to the room and as I was heading out to go get some items out of our truck one of our dogs ran out of the room. These kinds of mistakes happen every now and then. The owner yelled at us from down the hall, for all to hear, that we can\'t just let our dog run around where ever and to get her on a leash. This is not how you address good paying customers who work hard for their money. We would never intentionally let any of our dogs run loose! On a side note, the maid wasn\'t even finished cleaning the room when we got up to it and some worker guy just walked right on in to our room without even knocking. Where is the communication in this place? We ended up getting our money back after the yelling match and went to the Looking Glass Inn. Such a wonderful place:)
