Please keep your pet in a secure carrier/crate when you arenot in your room.  Housekeeping, maintenance, or management staff may need to get in and out of your room during cleaning. Pet must be in a secured carrier/crate for your pet’s safety and that of our staff.  Pets are permitted in the lobby on a leash, after 10:00 am if they are quiet and friendly. They are not permitted to sit on lobby furniture or to approach other guests.  Pets are not allowed in Twigs Tavern and Grille, the Coffeehouse, banquet rooms, arcade, restrooms, health club, or pool areas of the hotel.  For the comfort of other guests, excessive barking will not be tolerated.  Please do not let your dog approach or bark at other guests or their pet.  If the hotel finds it urgent to contact you about your petwe will call your cell phone. If we are unable to reach you, Best Western Soldiers Field Tower & Suites may feel it necessary to call Animal Control and is not responsible for fees, damages, or injury to pet.  Please use the designated “Pet Exercise Area” located in the south parking lot near the pet friendly rooms to go potty. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of the waste in the receptacle bin provided outdoors. Also, please pick up your pet’s waste when walking around the property or neighborhood and dispose of it in the waste receptacle.  A credit card number will be taken as security on the room/property to cover any damages.  Room/Property damage includes but is not limited to: o Soiled, ripped, or chewed carpet, bedding, walls, curtains, woodwork, doors, or furniture. o Excessive shedding that requires a professional to come in and clean the room.  You are responsible for personal injuries resulting from your pet.
