Hotel is a bit threadbare and in need of a major renovation. No good places to walk a dog, just parking lots.

It was fine for dogs but not for people. Main complaint-not only were the pet areas in the hotel unkept but also the rest of the hotel. There were dead bugs and leaves littering the hallways. The entire hotel was worn and unattractive. I regret not having a decent place to stay in Hays while traveling with my little dog to and from Colorado every summer.

Total disaster. They messed up our reservation so when we got there late, guaranteed arrival, they had no room for us. During the busiest time of the year. Set off a ridiculous and frustrating late-night search for another pet friendly hotel. And they offered us nothing in compensation, even hassled us to get our money back because we had not used their website for the reservation. wont ever use Ramada again if given the choice.
